Alina Bajars

Hey, my name is Alina. I'm a Strategic Planning Manager and certified OKR Coach at NordSecurity. My primary focus here is supporting the Leadership team in building company-level OKRs and driving the adoption and alignment of OKRs across the entire organization. I’ve had the opportunity to train over 1,200 employees across more than 50 teams on effectively setting and achieving their objectives.

Before joining Nord Security, I worked in operations at Bolt and served as the Regional COO at Civitta, a management consulting firm. A significant part of my experience also includes managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and leading post-merger integrations across multiple countries. I’m skilled in managing turnarounds and improving performance at all levels.

I'm always happy to discuss topics such as organizational improvement, strategic initiatives, OKRs, operations, reporting, and large-scale planning.

I’m also a proud graduate of Bocconi University.
