About me
I work at NordSec since 2019. Started as a product owner at NordVPN web, I currently trying to step up to a product manager. Our team which now consists of 20 people built Nord Account from scratch, which is now a critical part of business in terms of all our products usage as well as our users retention and revenue for the company.
My work approach is highly based on user centric design, thus all of our decisions are based on data or insights collected from our users during user interviews. I like when each and every change we introduce can be measured, and we can see what impact it had. This product discovery approach requires a lot of effort and motivation, but easy ways are not for me.
While I have quite some experience in managing and delivering products, I do not have a lot of it in managing people, as I am only right now going into this field, but I am very eager talk about it and learn.
