Peer-to-Peer is designed to level up cross-team collaboration, exchange knowledge, receive advice on-time and spark fresh connections across Tesonet & Hostinger products.
It is an extension of the TesoXchange program: a platform for learning and collaboration, similar to a "Tinder" for professional advice. It is connecting individuals with others who can offer advice on specific work-related topics (e.g., project management, public speaking, best Cybersecurity practices, strategic planning, data analysis and visualization techniques, etc.). The initiative is designed for quick, on-demand meeting and guidance rather than structured, long-term mentorship (e.g., our 4-month TesoXchange program).
What is the goal of Peer-to-Peer? To provide a space for employees to consult with someone who has knowledge in a certain field, ask questions, and receive practical guidance on work-related matters.
Why should I apply, what's in it for me? For knowledge seekers, this program offers direct access to practical expertise that can solve your immediate challenges and accelerate your professional growth, all while expanding your network across the organization. For consultants, sharing your knowledge not only establishes you as a subject matter expert and increases your visibility, but also deepens your own understanding through teaching others—creating a win-win exchange that strengthens our collaborative culture and ensures critical knowledge flows freely throughout the company.
Who can apply? All Tesonet & Hostinger employees can become consultants and receivers of consultations.
How does it work? Consultants fill in their profiles providing the main info and after approval they appear in the Peer-to-Peer gallery. If you need a consultation - just visit the gallery, find the consultant who can help you and approach them via Slack or e-mail.
What is the format of the consultation? While applying, consultants have a chance to choose their preferred format for consultations: on-site meeting; online meeting; lunch; coffee; slack, etc. This information will be seen in their profiles.
What is the duration of a consultation? We recommend that one consultation would last 30-90 minutes and you can have 1-3 consultations with one consultant on one topic. Consultations will take time during working hours.
Does the program have a start or end date? No, it is an all year around running program with no time frame. Just for the kick-off of it, we invite consultants to fill the profiles till 29th of July, later on the profiles can be filled in anytime.
What support do consultants get? The consultants & participants receive guidelines (login with your Google account to access it) please with tips and tricks, consultants are added to the Slack channel to receive additional advice and share their learnings.
