What Is the TesoXchange Program?
TesoXchange connects passionate professionals with mentors who guide them through a 4-month mentorship program. The program helps mentors and mentees build new professional relationships, enhance their skill sets, and foster growth in the Tesonet community.
What Will I Be Doing as a Mentor Over the 4 Months of the Program?
Each mentorship journey is unique, but here’s what to expect as a mentor:
- Help your mentee identify & set the goals for the mentorship.
- Have 1-on-1s to share your knowledge and best practices.
- Encourage mentees to explore new industry tendencies, stay curious about trends in their field, and continuously learn to stay ahead.
- At the end of the program, review your mentee’s achievements and discuss how the mentorship has impacted their professional growth.
After the 4 months are over, you are encouraged to stay in touch with your mentee and build a lasting professional relationship.
Who Can Become a Mentor?
You can apply to be a mentor if you have knowledge to share and are committed to taking a talent-in-the-making under your wing. You don't need to be a senior or a manager, have participated in TesoXchange before, or even work on-site.
If you were a mentor before and have a profile in TesoXchange platform, you don't need to apply again, just confirm your participation in a new round here.
How Does It Work?
- Login to the TesoXchange mentorship platform and complete the application form by September 1.
- After registration is closed, we’ll get back to you regarding the next steps, which include selecting the mentee (s) you want to work with, receiving support and guidelines by joining the mentors' community, the kick-off call, etc.
- Your active cooperation with mentee (s) will start on the 1st of October.
