TesoXchange is an internal mentorship program that offers an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who share personal know-how, achievements, and challenges throughout their careers. You can boost your professional or leadership skills with the help of great mentors. Also, you can become a mentor yourself and reflect on your knowledge by teaching others.
Mentorship takes 4 months. We have two rounds a year, one in spring and one in autumn.
What is the goal of TesoXchange? To groom the Next Gen exerts of Tesonet & Hostinger prepared to develop, launch, and scale top-notch global products.
Who can apply? All Tesonet & Hostinger employees
How does selection work? Mentors and mentees are selected based on their motivation.
How mentees and mentors are matched? Mentees request mentors on the mentorship platform, and mentors choose mentees based on their motivation and areas the mentee wants to improve, and the mentor can share.
What is the duration of active mentorship? Spring round: March 1st - June 30th; Autumn round: October 1st- January 31st

What support do mentors & mentees receive? Mentors and mentees receive guidelines, are added to Slack channels, and have follow-up meetings. Mentors also have a knowledge-sharing session.
